1What Strader Is

Strader is a mindful trade journal for Indian equity traders. It helps you record trades, reflect on your psychology, and improve your process.

Strader is not an investment adviser. Nothing in this app constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or financial planning guidance. All trade records and analyses are for your personal reflection only. Trading involves risk; consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser for professional guidance.

2Eligibility

By using Strader you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old
Are legally permitted to trade equity in your jurisdiction
Have read and agree to this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3Subscription Plans

Strader offers three tiers:

Sapling — Free. All data stored on-device only. Core journalling features.
Grove — ₹299/month or ₹2,699/year (or regional equivalent). Encrypted cloud backup and sync across devices, plus core AI journal assistance (journal drafts, mood-pattern insights, and daily behavioural reports, powered by Anthropic).
Forest — ₹599/month or ₹5,399/year (or regional equivalent). Everything in Grove plus deeper AI analysis (journal scoring and weekly/monthly AI reports).

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. On iOS, billing is handled by Apple: manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). On Android and the web, billing is processed by Razorpay: manage, pause, or cancel in the Strader app (More → Plans).

5Data and Your Account

Your trading records and journal entries belong to you. We store them to provide the service; we do not sell or share them for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

If you delete your account, your data and sign-in identity are deleted immediately when you confirm; any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws

7Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Strader is owned by Stradera Global OPC Private Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the app.

Your personal data (trade records, journal entries) is yours. Our rights to it are limited to operating the service.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

Strader is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of calculations, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stradera Global OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including trading losses.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (More → Delete account).

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12Changes to Terms

We will notify you within the app if we make material changes. Continued use after the notification period constitutes acceptance.
